Major Storms Strike Thousands of Trees in Kansas City Metro

Major storms take out leaves, large branches and whole trees in the Kansas City metro area Saturday night. Overland Park tree services have been receiving calls and scheduling tree and debris cleanup for the next few days. Crews are out at customer’s property cleaning up fallen branches in yards and our tree professionals are providing estimates to remove any broken branches still attached to the tree.

Removing the jagged remains of broken limbs will help prevent decay agents from entering the wound of the tree. Properly cutting back the large limbs to the trunk or main limb will help preserve the life of your tree.

Smaller branches should be pruned at the point where they join larger ones.

If you have fallen limbs and damaged trees on your property, whether in Overland Park or the Kansas City Metro area, call us today at (913) 717-7102‬ so we can come out quickly to help clean up the mess!
